I chose Dawn McVey's - MIM-#48 - Creating Backgrounds with Border Dies.
The PTI-Heart Border Die is one of my favorites.

Martha! This is wonderful!!! I love the rich colors, the rows of hearts overlapping the edges and the beautiful "seal" at the top! Awesome. I do hope you'll include it in the new LOVE! group on flickr as well!
