Hello & Welcome!
As some of you may know, I really enjoy making Tags & Tag-Cards.
My inspiration came from the colors in the photo at Moxie Fab-Tuesday Trigger-Wake-Up Call.
This is the Tag-Card that I created.
The "hello" & the blue strip are clear embossed with the Tiny Ink Spots stamp.
I'm also adding this to the PTI-Make It Monday #112: Embossed Alpha Die Cuts.

Love this tag! I love making tags too, on cards or all alone. Nice take on the photo using the colors and the polka dots.
