Papertrey January 2016 Blog Hop Challenge

Hello!
I'm playing along with the Papertrey-January 2016 Blog Hop Challenge.
When I first saw the inspiration photo, I immediately thought of using speech bubbles.
After playing around with a design for a while, this is what I came up with.
(Wish I would have hand-drawn a much longer phone cord.)

The phone is clear-embossed.

Nichole provided this photo as our inspiration.

Supplies
Stamps:  (PTI)-Heart-2-Heart #4
Dies:  (PTI)-Heart-2-Heart #4, Bubble Talk
Ink:  Onyx Black, VersaMark
Other:  Embossing Folder, Sequins, Clear-Embossing Powder, White-Embossing Powder

Thanks for the visit.
Have a lovely day.

Oh you are so clever, Martha! Such a great use of the inspiration with those pretty speech bubbles & you DREW the phone cord?!--wow! You had an immediate idea seeing the inspiration & I had immediate feelings of dread--haha! Hoping you're one of the winners, my friend!

Martha, this is awesome! The sketchy rectangle from this set is exactly what the photo reminded me of. In fact, I attempted to make 5 or 6 different cards using it...they all ended in the garbage. But this, this is fantastic!

Your card is so fun! The speech bubbles perfectly represent the inspiration background blue squares! Amazing how a graphic photo inspired so many more unisex type cards!
