Clear-Embossing, Patterned Paper, TAG-CARD

Just sharing a top-folding TAG-CARD with clear-embossed tulips, 
("Hello" is one of my favorite sentiments to use.)

Arlene asked us to use the following:
  • At least one Hero Arts stamp
  • A die-cut, or punch, or embossed panel
  • At least one embellishment

Dies:  (PTI)-Tag Sale #7, XL Rickrack Border; (Spellbinders)-Label
Punch:  Martha Stewart-Border Punch
Ink:  VersaMark, Aquamarine
Other:  Clear Embossing Powder, Cuttlebug-Embossing Folder, Hemp Cord, Gems, Foam Adhesive, Patterned Paper
