Just sharing a top-folding TAG-CARD with clear-embossed tulips,
created during Arlene's 90-Minute Scramble.
("Hello" is one of my favorite sentiments to use.)
Arlene asked us to use the following:
- At least one Hero Arts stamp
- A die-cut, or punch, or embossed panel
- At least one embellishment
